Integration of WBL to higher education should pay attention to four important characteristics are:A. Partnership: 
Agreement between the college with industry that is based on the principle of mutual benefit. Various benefits can be obtained by the college with the partnership, namely: (1) improving the quality of teaching, (2) increase the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students, (3) improving the quality of the learning environment available. While the company will be able to benefit are: (1) increasing staff development opportunities, (2) improvement of product and corporate image and public relations, (3) obtain recognition or a license to operate in the community, (4) increased ability to recruit working. Progress a college is marked by how many study programs are gaining recognition from the industry.
