Innovation

Innovation is the key to the nation's progress compared to the natural wealth. Mastery of the technology becomes very important. Level of innovation of Indonesia is still low compared to other nations, because there are many people dependent on the other. An example is Indonesia internet penetration is only 5.4% of the total population (http://www.internetworldstats.com/stats3.htm # asia, accessed on May 25, 2012), of that number by nearly 80% to access to social sites media. This means that internet users in Indonesia has not fully utilize the internet for positive activities for self-development, but a new use of the Internet to seek pleasure. And even more alarming is that the survey has been conducted by the Ministry of Research and Technology, stated that 50% of children of school age in Indonesia is not menykai math and science, which incidentally is the fundamental basis of science and technology for them to continue learning and understanding to level of applied science and technology / applied, because the lesson is considered very difficult to comprehend and understand, but the mastery of science and technology is vital for the future of the nation to compete with countries in the world. As the nation's capital base is being built, the human resources needed to master science and technology for the nation's progress will not be separated from science and technology.A number of newly industrialized countries such as South Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia has consistently allocated a large amount of funds to advance the science and technology in the country. These countries to prepare the nation to have a strong science base, so that their country will not be swallowed up by the euphoria of stuttering progress of other countries. Innovate on their own activities are the demands of the present and future. Countries with a low ability to innovate will increasingly depend on the country that has a high innovation.
